How to choose your shoe size? How to correctly measure the length of you foot?
Very often you are stressed when choosing shoe in the stores. It's even worse when you shop online. Next, take a sheet of pate, ruler and a pencil. You can stand on the paper and draw contour around your foot, while keeping the pencil perpendicular to the floor. Or you can put your foot to the wall and draw point where your foot ends. Measure accurately the length to figure out distance between the most distant points ( from heel to the big toe).
We shouldn't forget about width of foot, because it also affects size of the shoe.
Some shoe charts also has letter that specifies width of the foot (normal,thin, full).
Everyday shoes must be comfortable - can be a little bigger, where shoes for special events should be exact size.
Also even if we are using shoe chart for single region ( for example EU), lenght child shoes with size 36 is diffrenet in centimeters compared to women's shoes or men's shoes.
In addition, when buying from particular brand, you can ask for their own dimension chart. Within same country brands can have different shoe sizes.
